Louis was kicked in the knee during the game. He fell to the ground, clutching his knee (as seen above). He is okay now, it was just a minor injury. If it was actually bad, they would've stopped the entire game. But they didn't. The guy who accidentally kicked Louis apologized as soon as he got back up and kissed him on the head.
